Our client, an international freight forwarder & customs broker, is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on leader that is customer service focused, for their Los Angeles station.

This position is responsible for leading a team of 50-100 employees and P&L development across airfreight, ocean freight and customs brokerage products.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience leading international freight forwarding (air & ocean) and customs brokerage teams
• P&L experience
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience with CargoWise One is highly desirable
