The Vice President Sales is responsible for establishing and implementing clear activity planning guidelines for the sales team and developing a competitive Sales Incentive Plans to stimulate activity.
The successful candidate should be an innovative and strategic thinker with strong networking abilities. Excellent negotiation skills to close contracts with customers and being well versed in global freight forwarding operations and markets is a must.
